The workshops are organized within the framework of the European program "ERASMUS+ "LIFE ON mARTS", with the support of K.EDI.VI.M -PK. During the workshops, participants will have the opportunity to learn and experiment, at a beginner level, with artistic techniques, such as cyanotype and monotype, with the art of embroidery and how it can be connected to science, but also with natural dyes and plant printing on fabrics.
The workshops are FREE AND OPEN TO EVERYONE. They are mainly addressed to teachers of all levels of Education, museum educators, artists, and those interested in the subject.

The participants will be given a certificate of attendance from K.EDI.VI.M -PK as well as a Europass supplement certificate.
In addition to the workshops, there will be an exhibition of natural paintings, “naturografias”, by the artist Roberto Ghezzi. These paintings were created in six locations with fresh water and one in soil, across various habitats in the prefecture of Heraklion, Crete. The exhibition will take place in the museum premises.
