Goal and objectives of the program

The program aims to develop participants’ skills in data-driven Customer Relationship Management (CRM), predictive analytics and AI-enhanced customer management. Participants will learn how to analyse complex customer datasets, discover behavioural patterns and build predictive models to support strategic decisions related to customer acquisition, retention and value maximisation.

The course combines the theoretical foundations of analytical CRM with practical applications using the KNIME platform on realistic business scenarios. Topics include CRM strategy, customer lifecycle, segmentation, customer lifetime value (CLV), churn prediction, recommendation systems and sentiment analysis.

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to design and implement end-to-end analytical workflows, evaluate model performance and translate model insights into concrete business actions. The programme is suitable for professionals in marketing, CRM, data analysis and related fields who wish to strengthen their competences in predictive analytics and AI-based decision making.
